How do I book my lessons?
I offer online classes, and you can book directly through Book a Class: choose an available time and receive the confirmation link by email.
If you’re in São Miguel (Azores), in-person lessons are also available – for in-person lessons, reach out to me via my Contacts.
How long does a lesson last and how often?
Each session lasts 45–60 minutes, and generally takes place once or twice per week, depending on your goals.
What can I expect from my first lesson?
In the first session, we’ll define your objectives, assess your level, and create a personalised learning plan.
Do you only offer individual classes?
No — you can choose between private 1:1 lessons or small group classes. Group sessions are interactive and kept small so that everyone gets speaking time.
Do you offer specialised classes for Exam Preparation or Professional Portuguese?
Yes. I provide tailored classes to meet different needs:
- Exam preparation for Portuguese exams such as CIPLE and CAPLE.
- Business Portuguese for professionals and teams, adapted to your field.
- Pronunciation coaching, available on request.
Do you have any specialised classes with additional support for Expats?
Yes. There’s an available Expat Support Service to help newcomers in Portugal with paperwork, translation, and settling in. You can learn more in the dedicated Expat Support page.
Are there available resources after lessons?
Yes. Resources are sent after each class and are also available in the Student Hub.
